- 1.若是由于顾客个人因素导致的退换货，必须在商品未拆封、未使用的情况下，于领取商品后30天内进行退换货。
- - 因顾客自身的失误或者使用不当导致丢失或损坏时，不可申请取消/退货。
- - 因顾客个人理由而退货时，若利用国际邮递方式申请退换货,运费由顾客本人承担。
- - 或顾客再入境韩国时亲自携带商品，也可以退换货。
- 2. 若商品与广告的内容全然不同，商品领取后3个月内，可申请换货/退货。
